Enterprise Outbound provides outbound marketing consultation, strategy development, and infrastructure services for businesses seeking to improve their sales pipeline and lead generation capabilities.

2. Consultation Services

Our consultation services include:

• Strategic planning sessions (up to 3 hours total)
• Custom outbound marketing strategies
• Infrastructure recommendations
• Implementation roadmaps
• Follow-up support and guidance

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are available according to our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Consultation sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Implement recommendations at your own discretion
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and content provided during consultations remain our intellectual property. You may use the strategies for your business but may not redistribute or sell our proprietary materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Results Disclaimer

While we provide proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results. Success depends on various factors including market conditions, implementation quality, and business-specific circumstances.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and business strategies discussed during consultations, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
